In Columbus, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Ohio on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 AMβ11 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (614) 276-8011. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, pizzaonthepike.com.
Its Google rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 570 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Columbus is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Columbus follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I will never order from them again.the Harrisburg store is the worst place I have ever had. My granddaughter and I ordered Italian subs and when they were delivered the meat was not Italian sub meat it looked like scrunched up dog food. The taste was horrid. Try calling them stay on hold almost an hour just to get hung up on, the grandma's on w broad was always awesome.they were our go to place. This is twice it was messed up from Harrisburg. NEVER AGAIN.

Be afraid..Pizza went downhill as fast as it opened back up. All Workers seem confused. Pizza was disgusting and cold and looked like it had no sauce...dried out and toppings were minimal. Was our favorite & use to be really good. Waste of money. We ordered the large Grand Gourmet Pizza. Had high expectations but, Won't be back. Sad this has happened. They will fail in the business if they continue to skimp on the toppings and make lame food because customers TALK in this area. If you're afraid to try this place because of the new ownership..YOU SHOULD BE! They should be ashamed of this junk they are selling!!

The food quality is outstanding. The pizza here is fantastic β in fact, itβs βsome of the best pie on the west sideβ of Columbus. My family tries lots of places, but Grandmaβs is one we come back to regularly because the flavor is just that good. Even a classic pepperoni pizza stands out with plenty of toppings and cheesy goodness in each bite. The subs are equally impressive; a long-time customer once noted that Grandmaβs has βone of the best pizza and subs in Columbusβ, and I wholeheartedly agree. And letβs talk about the wings β theyβre consistently hot, crispy, and flavorful. I often add an order of wings or even a spaghetti dinner to my delivery, and everything arrives fresh, hot, and delicious. You can really taste that they use quality ingredients and take pride in their recipes.

This is usually my go to pizza place. I decided to order a vegetarian sub and onion rings. My food wasnβt or and this place is less than a mile from where I am. They were a little too well done for my liking. The veggie sub was a complete disappointment. It was somewhat soggy even after I asked for the sauce ots which they did. The lettuce wasnβt fresh and it didnβt have any cheese on it. I feel for a veggie sub it should be loaded! Either way, I threw the sandwich away.

Iβve been getting Pizza here for a long time and have never had issues. I live too far (53 miles) to return pizza after driving home and realizing it is total crap. I ordered two large pizzas and an order of 12 hot wings. All of the food was under cooked. The pizza crust was pale and doughy and the mushrooms were even cold. I was extremely disappointed because the meal that I had to toss in the trash cost me $63 and I gave a $12 tip. I didnβt have time to call them until the next day and of course they told me they couldnβt do anything about it. I did get an βIβm sorryβ from the manager. I guess itβs time to find a new favorite place.
